For any project broadly two phases are there :-
1. Designing
2. Execution
For the budget estimation and calculation part these two can be divided into 2 categories. Budgeting and estimation is different for respective fields
1. Premium
2. Luxury
In order to proceed for any particular project in respective categories there are 7 phases :
1. First Meeting (understanding requirements, taking floor plans, videos and drawings)
2. Design selection
3. Budgeting and quotes (on the basis of design selection)
4. Agreements and Design advance (Signing agreements and advances to initiate design process)
5. Designing and approvals.
6. Final Review.
7. Execution.
